Returns/Exchange Policy

We want you to love your scrubs. If they don't fit or feel right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase date.

Returns must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with all tags and labels attached and in original packaging. A proof of purchase is also required. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. We recommend Customers register returns from Australian Post to track purchases.

Please note we do not accept returns and refunds on worn or damaged items unless faulty.  No refund or exchange on final sale/clearance items.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Once your return is received and approved, we'll process your refund or exchange within 7 days.
