Can I return or exchange my scrubs?
We want you to love your scrubs. If they don't fit or feel right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date.
Items must be unworn, unwashed and their original condition with tags/labels attached and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. We recommend using registered or tracked postage for returns.

Can I return sale items?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale or clearance items unless the item is faulty.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We'll do our best to help you.
How do I choose the right size?
Please refer to our size charts before ordering. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
What if my item is faulty?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the fault so we can assist you.
How do I care for my scrubs?
We recommend following the care instructions on the garment label.
